It’s always nice to see couples share common interests and both Robin and Rick are die hard Calgary Flames fans. We had a contest to see who can cheer the best and based on their enthusiasm it was a tie. I couldn’t have asked for a more friendly couple, I really enjoyed getting to know them.
Stephanie and Eddie had a beautiful wedding over the holiday season. The bride is a big fan of penquins and she’s been collecting all things penquin since she was a child, and of course her wedding details are based on this animal 🙂 it was amazing! I had an great time working with this couple and wish them the best of luck.
Late fall weddings are one of my favorites. The winter weather combined with the fall overtones make for a great setting. This was an intimate and beautiful wedding, I wish Amy and James the best of luck.
I shot Kyla and Scott’s engagement at the Weaslehead flats. It was beautiful evening and had great time with this nice couple.
Catherine & Ryan had their beautiful wedding at the Lougheed house. They manage to have an outdoor ceremony despite incoming rain clouds. The couple also opted for pies instead of the usual wedding cake, it was definitely a big hit with the guests!
Had a great session with the beautiful Scott family. We went with the urban look and spent some time explorering the Inglewood area. This is a busy time for family photos and I love the fact that this is no traditional park setting.
Tara and Matt had a beautiful ceremony at the Sacred Heart Church. We took portraits near Steven Avenue and had a great time with this fun bridal party. I wish Tara and Matt the best of luck.
I shot Cindy and Mike’s engagement near the elbow river and didn’t expect so many mosquitoes. We were eaten alive but managed to have a lot of fun. I really enjoyed getting to know this couple and looking forward to their fall wedding.
Christine and Kyle had a beautiful wedding at the Saskatoon Farm south of Calgary. The venue and weather was perfect and they ended the evening with one of the longest locomtion dances I have ever witness. It was a fun time!
Erin and Corey had a wonderful wedding at the Valley Ridge Golf Course. We got hit with a huge thundershower mid afternoon but that didn’t stop the bridal party from having fun. It was beautiful event for a great couple!
